It connects to your computer using a USB cable (not included). The XP-200 may also be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, although at the penalty of slightly slower print and scan performance.

If your router supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), setting up Wi-Fi is a breeze: simply press a button on the router, then press a button on the printer, and you’re ready to go. If your router doesn’t support WPS, you’ll need to buy a USB cable because setup requires a brief direct connection to your PC.

Output Quality

Epson XP-200’s print quality is very sharp and clear for a $100 printer. The photo prints, in particular, are on par with those generated by printers costing $150-$200. This is a huge benefit for a printer that costs a little over $100. The printer’s quality is enhanced by great sharpness and the absence of any banding, color artifacts, or roller-marks.
